How to prequalify your customer

  1. On a Repair Order (RO), click “Financing Options” on the top right and then “Apply in CFP”
  2. In CFP, enter your customer’s mobile number
  3. Click “Prequalify Now” to send your customer a text message with the link to prequalify

How to send a financing application

  1. From the RO, click “Financing Options” on the top right
  2. Enter the total amount of the job (or the amount the customer wants to finance) in the top box
  3. Click “Process” to send your customer the financing appplication link
  4. To confirm the payment (just like a credit card), look for the authorization code starting with “360WISE” in Payments

Your customer’s financing application process

  • After opening a financing application, customers enter some basic information about themselves and review their options 
  • They will see up to 4 options, with terms from 3 to 24 months and APRs from 0% to 29.99%, depending on what they qualify for
  • After viewing their options, customers will be asked to add a debit card (and some may be asked to scan their driver's license)
  • You will receive a notification if your customer locks in their offer 
  • They confirm the work is done to release funds

When discussing options and prices

Send a customer a prequalification application. This will help your customer understand their spending power, allowing you to shift their mindset to think about what’s possible rather than what’s the cheapest option.

When discussing the final price and how they can pay

Send a financing application (even if they have been prequalified) so that your customer can lock in their offer. Once you finish the work, the funds will be released to you!
