  • Enter in your client's phone number and hit "Send Prequal Application" to text a link, or click "Create link only" to include it in your own communications with the client

How to send a loan application

  • Log in to the merchant portal
  • Click the white “Loan" button on the dashboard
  • Enter in the details of the case and hit “Send Loan Application” to text the link, or click "Create link only" to include it in your own communications with the client
  • Your client can apply for financing by clicking the link

Your client's loan application process

  • After opening a loan application, clients enter some basic information about themselves and review their options 
  • They will see up to 4 options, with terms from 3 to 24 months and APRs from 0% to 35.9%, depending on what they qualify for
  • After viewing their options, clients will be asked to add a debit card (and some may be asked to scan their driver's license)
  • You will receive a notification if your client locks in their offer 
  • They confirm the case work has started to release funds
