How to prequalify your patient

  • Log in to the merchant portal
  • Click "Prequal applications," then "+New"
  • Enter in your patient's phone number and hit "Send Prequal Application"
  • Your patient can prequalify by clicking the link in the SMS

How to send a financing application

  • Log in to the merchant portal
  • Click “Loan applications," then “+New”
  • Enter in the details of the treatment and hit “Send Text Message”
  • Your patient can apply for financing by clicking the link in the SMS

What your patient sees

Your patient’s financing application process

  • After opening a financing application, patients enter some basic information about themselves and review their options 
  • They will see up to 4 options, with terms from 3 to 24 months and APRs from 0% to 29.99%, depending on what they qualify for
  • After viewing their options, patients will be asked to add a debit card (and some may be asked to scan their driver's license)
  • You will receive a notification if your patient locks in their offer 
  • They confirm the treatment has started to release funds

Send a patient a prequalification application. This will help your patients understand their spending power, allowing you to shift their mindset to think about what’s possible rather than what’s the cheapest option.

When discussing the final price and how they can pay

Send a financing application (even if they have been prequalified) so that your patient can lock in their offer. Once the treatment has started, they can release the funds to you!
