How to send your customer an application

How to prequalify your customer

  1. On a saved estimate, click “Send.” A link is automatically included on every estimate you send
  2. Your customer will see a blue “Qualify Now” button at the bottom of their estimate
  3. Once they’ve completed the application, you can both see how much they are prequalified to finance

Pro tip: you can also send a prequalification by using the “Send Prequalification” button at the bottom of an estimate or from your customer’s profile

How to send a loan application

  1. On a saved invoice, click “Send.” A link is automatically included on every invoice you send over $500
  2. After you finish the job, ask the customer to confirm the job was completed
  3. Wisetack will send you the funds in 1-2 business days

Your customer’s application process

  1. Open a prequalification (from an estimate) or loan application (from an invoice
  2. Enter some basic information about themselves and review the options they qualify for
  3. Some customers may be asked to add a debit card after viewing their loan options
  4. Both of you will see what they prequalify for or if they choose a loan option
  5. They confirm the work is done to release the funds

Let your customers know upfront about financing. “Checking your options doesn’t affect your credit score and it only takes a minute to complete the application.

Send your customers a prequalifcation link from an estimate as part of your sales process to help understand what they can afford.

Tell your customers “you’ll see up to 6 options and depending on what you qualify for the terms lengths are up to 60 months with APR from 0% to 29.9%.”
