How to prequalify your patient

  1. From the ThryvPay overview, click “Send Prequalification Link” 
  2. Search for your patient's name and confirm their mobile number
  3. Click “Send” 
  4. Track your patient's progress under the Financing tab in ThryvPay

How to send a financing application

  1. From the Billing & Invoicing overview, click “New” then “Invoice”
  2. Complete the invoice as you normally would and click “Send”
  3. Financing will automatically be included on the final checkout page  for invoices between $500-$15,000
  4. Your patient can apply by clicking “Proceed to payment”
  5. Track your patient's progress under the Financing tab in ThryvPay

Your patient’s financing application process

  • After opening a financing application, patients enter some basic information about themselves and review their options 
  • They will see up to 4 options, with terms from 3 to 24 months and APRs from 0% to 35.9%, depending on what they qualify for
  • After viewing their options, patients will be asked to add a debit card (and some may be asked to scan their driver's license)
  • You will receive a notification if your patient locks in their offer 
  • They confirm the treatment has started to release funds

When discussing options and prices

Send a patient a prequalification application. This will help your patients understand their spending power, allowing you to shift their mindset to think about what’s possible rather than what’s the cheapest option.

When discussing the final price and how they can pay

Send a financing application (even if they have been prequalified) so that your patient can lock in their offer. Once the treatment has started, they can release the funds to you!
