Your loan continues to have no hidden fees, no late fees, and there is no penalty for paying off your loan early.

“Loan servicing” refers to the processing of your loan payments and support for you until the loan is paid off. Previously, your loan was serviced by Scratch. In order to provide a better customer experience, going forward your loan will be serviced directly by an in-house Wisetack team, on behalf of your lender, Hatch Bank.* Servicing transfers are a common practice, and we strive to make the transition experience as seamless as possible for you.

Yes. You can continue to access your account on Scratch to view your payment history and past monthly statements. However, you will not be able to make any payments on Scratch after the loan transfer date.
We will continue our credit bureau reporting of your payment history. Paying back on time could have a positive effect on your credit score while paying late could have a negative effect. It’s easy to set up automatic payments to ensure on time payments and help build a positive credit history.
Please continue making payments as usual with Scratch until your official loan transfer date, after which you should start making payments to Wisetack. We will provide specific payment instructions then. If you would like to pay off your loan between now and the loan transfer date, please work with Scratch on the payoff instructions.
