“Loan servicing” refers to the processing of your loan payments and support for you until the loan is paid off. Previously, your loan was serviced by Scratch. In order to provide a better customer experience, going forward your loan is serviced directly by a Wisetack in-house team, on behalf of your lender, Hatch Bank.* Servicing transfers are a common practice, and we strive to make the transition experience as seamless as possible for you.

No. Your existing loan terms (including your interest rate, payment due dates, and length of your loan) have been carried over to the Wisetack Borrower Portal.
Yes. You can continue to access your account on Scratch to view your payment history and past monthly statements. However, you are not able to make any payments on Scratch after the loan transfer date.
We will continue our credit bureau reporting of your payment history. Paying back on time could have a positive effect on your credit score while paying late could have a negative effect. It’s easy to set up automatic payments to ensure on time payments and help build a positive credit history.
Your payment options are the same. You can pay online via the Wisetack Borrower Portal, over the phone by contacting (888) 711-5854, or via mail. To ensure you never miss a payment, you can enable auto-pay if it’s not already set up.
If you’ve been paying by ACH one-time payments, please add your bank information in the new Wisetack Borrower Portal. To ensure you never miss a payment, you can enable auto-pay if it’s not already set up.
