Transition overview What does a loan servicing transfer mean to me?
“Loan servicing” refers to the processing of your loan payments and support for you until the loan is paid off. Previously, your loan was serviced by Scratch. In order to provide a better customer experience, going forward your loan is serviced directly by a Wisetack in-house team, on behalf of your lender, Hatch Bank.* Servicing transfers are a common practice, and we strive to make the transition experience as seamless as possible for you.
When is my loan transfer happening?
Your loan transfer date is 8/24/2023. As of this date, your loan is serviced by Wisetack, and you will make payments to Wisetack.
What are the details of my loan transfer?
Please refer to the emails you have received from us with details about your loan transfer. If you need additional assistance, please call (833) 927-0333.
Have my loan terms changed?
No. Your existing loan terms (including your interest rate, payment due dates, and length of your loan) have been carried over to your Wisetack account .
Can I continue to access my loan account on
Scratch ?
Yes. You can continue to access your account on Scratch to view your payment history and past monthly statements. However, you are not able to make any payments on Scratch after the loan transfer date.
Will the loan transfer affect my credit?
We will continue our credit bureau reporting of your payment history. Paying back on time could have a positive effect on your credit score while paying late could have a negative effect. It’s easy to set up automatic payments to ensure on time payments and help build a positive credit history.
I have multiple Wisetack loans. Why was only one or some of my loans transferred?
To ensure the best experience for you, we are gradually transferring all loans over the coming months. Stay tuned for updates and notifications about future loan transfers.
Payments What are my payment options in my new Wisetack account?
Your payment options are the same. You can pay online via your Wisetack account , over the phone by contacting (888) 711-5854, or via mail. To ensure you never miss a payment, you can enable auto-pay if it’s not already set up.
I have automatic payments set up. How do I continue making payments by auto-pay after my loan transfer?
If you’ve been paying electronically by auto-pay, no action is needed. Your auto-pay should have transferred automatically.
I make my payments by ACH bank transfer. How do I continue making payments by ACH after my loan transfer?

If you’ve been paying by check, we encourage you to set up auto-pay to ensure you never miss a payment. If you prefer to pay by check, make your next check payable to Wisetack, Inc. and send to:

I just sent a payment to Scratch. What will happen to it?
If you initiated the payment prior to your loan transfer date on 8/24/2023, then we will transfer the payment to your Wisetack account with the date you initiated the payment. If you initiated a payment in the last few days, we may still be working on transferring that to your account. Please contact (888) 711-5854 if you see any payments that are not reflected in your Wisetack account a week after your loan transfer date.
How was my payment history transferred to my Wisetack account?
For your convenience, we uploaded your most recent monthly statements from Scratch, which you could reference for details about your recent payments. For a complete breakdown of your payment history, please log into your Scratch account.
