Loans applied for and approved using our Services are either made directly by us, by a federally-insured, federal or state chartered financial institution or by a third-party non-bank lender that partners with Wisetack to provide the Services (the “Funding Partners”). HOW WISETACK COLLECTS YOUR INFORMATION
When you use the Services, including on a merchant website or software that has integrated the Services, we may collect information about you, including the following (and in addition to the Personal Information described in the Notice provided above):
Your email address
Your phone number
Your birth date
Your home street address
A debit card and/or financial account number and its associated account information;
Information you might provide should we invite you to participate in surveys;
Your device’s location information if your device settings are enabled to send it to us (we also infer your location from your IP address and other data, and use this information to provide and improve the Site); and
Other information, such as photographs, government identification, and other similar information to protect against fraud and identity theft.
In the course of communicating with us, you may also provide information in writing, through the Site, or over the phone which may be recorded and maintained in order to provide the Services to you, or as required by law. You agree to promptly notify us if there are any changes to your Personal Information by contacting us at the information provided below.

Our partners also may collect and combine information collected on our Site and emails with other information about your online activities over time, on other devices, and on other websites or apps, if those websites and apps also use the same partners. You may be able to change browser settings to block and delete cookies when you access the Site through a web browser. However, if you do that, the Site may not work properly. The Site does not respond to browser do-not-track signals.
HOW WISETACK RETAINS AND PROTECTS YOUR INFORMATION
To enable us to provide the Services and for compliance purposes, we will retain your information in accordance with our data retention policies even after you have used the Services.
Wisetack stores and processes your information maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in accordance with our information security policy. We maintain physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems and use safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption. We enforce physical access controls to our buildings, and we authorize access to personal information only for those employees or agents who require it to fulfill the responsibilities of their jobs. Although we work to protect your Personal Information, you should be aware that no technology is perfect and that there is always some risk involved in transferring data over the Internet, particularly if you send information to us through an unsecured means, such as email.
HOW WISETACK USES YOUR INFORMATION
As described in the Notice above, we may use your information for everyday business purposes and marketing purposes. Additionally, we may use your information to:
Operate, evaluate and improve our business (including develop new products and services or improve them and your experience with them, performing data analytics, and performing accounting, auditing and other internal functions);
Support internal business operations, including assessing and managing risk and meeting legal and regulatory requirements;
Contact you by mail, telephone, text message, push notifications to your mobile device if you have downloaded our app and enabled notifications, or email, in connection with your account or to deliver updates to our services (for example, we may use email to send you information about our products or services and new offers which we think may interest you);
Provide technical support for using the Services;
Verify your identity, prevent or detect fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity;
Comply with contractual obligations, relevant industry standards and our policies;
Monitor and analyze trends and usage;

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH OTHER PARTIES
We share your Personal Information with employees, affiliates, vendors, partners, merchant partners, marketing providers, and third parties as required to offer the Service (such as the Funding Partners, financing partners to fulfill certain contractual obligations, and third parties who may purchase your loan or the rights to service it). Our sharing of your Personal Information for these purposes includes, but is not limited to, processing transactions, maintaining your account, responding to court orders and legal investigations, litigation purposes, complying with audits or other investigations, and reporting to credit bureaus. By using the Services, you consent to Wisetack sharing your Personal Information with merchants you use the Services with, for those merchants to market to you. We do this to help merchants personalize services and offers, so you can have a better experience. You may opt out of this sharing at any time by contacting us at the information provided below. If you choose to do so, we will stop sharing your information with merchants from that point onward, except as necessary to complete transactions you initiate. We do not limit our third-party providers from using, selling, licensing, distributing or disclosing any aggregated or de-identified data.
We may also share Personal Information with another business or non-affiliated entity or its affiliates, advisors or service providers in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of any or all of our assets (some of the Personal Information that we hold may be among the assets transferred to a buyer or other successor in connection with, or during negotiations of, any joint marketing relationship, merger, acquisition, sale of assets or any line of business, change in ownership control or financing transaction). If we do, we may not limit how such other party may use or further transfer your information.
HOW WISETACK DOES NOT USE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties, but may use it as described herein.
The Site is not intended for children, and our Service is only intended for adults. As described in our Terms, no one under age 18 may provide any Personal Information to the Site and we do not intend to collect Personal Information from children. Parents or adults can use various readily available software programs or other methods to prevent children or minors from accessing the Site or our Services. If you believe we might have any information from or about an individual who is under the age limit for use of the Services or for an unintended applicant on our Site, such as a child, please contact us.

California Privacy Rights
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide Personal Information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information shared, the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year, and descriptions of the likely types of marketing the third parties would send.
