How to send your customer an application
How to prequalify your customer
- Log in to the Wisetack portal
- Click the NEW PREQUAL button on the dashboard (or +NEW then SEND PREQUAL APP if you're on desktop)
- Enter in your customer's phone number and hit "Send Prequal Application" to text the link, or click "Create link only" to include it in your own communications with the customer
- Your customer can prequalify by clicking the link

How to send a financing application
If your customer prequalified: They can click the same link to finish their financing application.
If your customer didn’t prequalify: You’ll need to send them a financing application using the steps below.
OR, If the customer has already prequalified, they can use the same link to complete their full application. If they haven’t prequalified yet, you can send them a financing application using the steps below.
- Log in to the Wisetack portal
- Click the NEW LOAN button on the dashboard (or +NEW then SEND LOAN APP if you're on desktop)
- Enter in the job details and hit “Send Loan Application” to text the link, or click "Create link only" to include it in your own communications with the customer
- Your customer can apply for financing by clicking the link

If your customer prequalifies before applying for financing
They’ll be able to turn that application into a financing application — you won’t need to send them a separate link or application.
If your customer applies for financing directly (without prequalifying beforehand)
They’ll simply go through the financing application as normal.
