Within Jobber you can see status and payment updates on the quote page, as well as on the consumer financing page, under reports.
To track which customers have accepted an offer and the progress of an application, navigate to the consumer financing report by selecting Reports > Financial Reports.
The report contains an overview where you can filter by status:
1) Accepted financing offer
2) Confirmed loan
3) Paid
4) Declined
And on top of that, we will also send you email updates:
1) When the customer prequalifies.
2) When the customer is approved for financing.
3) When the customer accepts an offer.
4) When the customer confirms the purchase to release payment.
5) When funds are on their way to you!
6) Every Monday with an overview of all of your outstanding transactions.
When you receive an email that says the customer has confirmed the purchase, that means that payment will be released the next business day. Once payment is released, we will send you an email detailing the exact amount that will be deposited into your bank account and other payment details.
For more detailed, real-time information on outstanding applications, log in to the merchant portal using the same mobile number or email you used to sign up.
