This offer gives merchants a $250 Visa Gift Card if they do their first transaction within 30 days of getting approved for Wisetack. The offer is available for active Wisetack merchants who access Wisetack services on or before December 15, 2022.

Eligible transactions must settle, meaning the funds are deposited into the merchant's bank account, within 30 days of the merchant having been approved for Wisetack. In order for a transaction to settle, the borrower must confirm they have received the product or service in full by selecting “release payment” in the loan application, thereby initiating the issuance of their loan. Transactions determined to be confirmed before the product or service has been delivered in full may be deemed ineligible.

This offer cannot be redeemed for cash, nor is it valid towards previous transactions. Other restrictions may apply. Terms of this promotion are subject to change. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time. Wisetack has the sole discretion to interpret and apply these terms and conditions. Transactions determined to be fraudulent will be deemed ineligible. Transactions resulting in cancellations or disputes may be deemed ineligible. Visa Gift Cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided in the application no later than January 15, 2022. The merchant’s account must be active and in good standing in order to receive the gift card.
