Frequently asked questions

What do I need to refer someone?

Just their name, business name, email, and phone number. That’s it.

What happens after I submit the form?

We’ll take it from there. We’ll email your referral, ask a few quick questions about their business, and walk them through how to apply.

When will I receive the $250 referral bonus?

You and your referral each get a $250 gift card once the business you referred completes their first financing transaction through Wisetack within 90 days of being approved. We’ll send it via TangoCard (our online gift card vendor).

How does my referral complete their first financing transaction?

They apply to Wisetack—we’ll help them through that—then once approved, start offering Wisetack to their customers. When a customer pays using Wisetack, that counts as a completed transaction, and you both earn the $250.

How long does my referral have to complete a transaction?

Your referral has 90 days from approval to complete their first financing transaction.

How will I know when my referral completes their first transaction?

We’ll send your $250 reward to the email you used when submitting the referral. You can also check on the status anytime by emailing promos@wisetack.com.

How many referrals can I submit?

You can earn rewards on up to 25 referrals per calendar year.

What if my referral doesn’t get approved to offer Wisetack?

Referral rewards require the business to both get approved and complete a financing transaction within 90 days. If either of those doesn’t happen, the reward won’t apply.
