Web Developer Tip: Make sure to update the term length in the copy depending on the plan you're on. For example, if you're on the 6 month 0% APR plan, update the copy to say "up to 6 months*" instead of 24.

Talking to customers about 0% APR options

Our 0% APR options have virtually no drawbacks for customers, so they’re not a hard sell. But talking about payment can often feel tricky and awkward, so here are a few pointers on what to say:

No deferred interest

Our 0% APR options are “true 0%,” meaning the customer will never owe more than the total cost of the job. The financing does not accrue interest and is truly interest free.

No credit impact

Checking options costs nothing. Because we only run a soft credit check during the application process, customers can check their options without any credit impact. So why not do it?
